When project's success depends on how people change and use the new solutions or processes, it's good to have plans and tools for managing resistance, engaging sponsors, involving managers and for communication and training. It’s good to have those plans properly integrated with the project management plan. During this seminar - plans, tools and methodology of Prosci Inc will be presented. It will be a combination of theory and practical application of Prosci based on the local experience of Cemex Innovation Hub in Prague. Some of the tools are: ADKAR model, Project Change Triangle (PCT), ROI on Change Management of the project, Sponsor's ABC, etc.
Our speakers on this seminar will be Miroslaw Dudek - one of very few Prosci Certified Advanced Instructors representing the Polish partner of Prosci - Silfra Consulting and Maria Janosikova - Regional Organization Change Management Leader, EAMEA at CEMEX.
The seminar will take place at Prague’s Microsoft office on 30th of May.

Change management, HR and communication professional with 20 years of expertise in business transformation, HR management, corporate and internal communication, technology adoption, PR and employee engagement. Has operated in large, complex and diverse local and international organizations (in Poland, Western and Central Europe and globally) in both executive and consulting roles as head of: internal communications, PR, HR and as a managing consultant.
Maria Janosikova, senior change management professional with 13 years of experience in the design and implementation of complex business initiatives: Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, Operations Management, Technology driven changes. Maria has worked across global environments in China, Russia, Western and Central Europe in different industries and companies: ABI, PepsiCo, Siemens, Molson Coors, CEMEX.
