The project is already in progress and is currently preparing for the testing phase. Your mission will be to ensure the smooth deployment of the platform in a high-demand retail environment where quality and speed of delivery are essential.

 What you’ll do

  • Lead the e-commerce/order platform phase of a broader transformation program
  • Collaborate closely with the team of PMs, business lead, and analyst
  • Plan and manage tasks (JIRA), testing activities, and progress tracking
  • Report to management, set priorities, and maintain documentation
  • Ensure strong and ongoing communication across all teams – communication is key here

What we’re looking for

  • Medior-level IT Project Manager
  • Ideally with experience in retail or e-commerce projects
  • Excellent communication skills (Czech & English B2/C1+)
  • Resilience under pressure, ability to stay focused in dynamic settings
  • Strong time management, task prioritization, and proactive attitude
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft 365
  • Flexible working hours + 2 official home office days per week (flexible if needed)
