The project is already in progress and is currently preparing for the testing phase. Your mission will be to ensure the smooth deployment of the platform in a high-demand retail environment where quality and speed of delivery are essential.
What you’ll do
- Lead the e-commerce/order platform phase of a broader transformation program
- Collaborate closely with the team of PMs, business lead, and analyst
- Plan and manage tasks (JIRA), testing activities, and progress tracking
- Report to management, set priorities, and maintain documentation
- Ensure strong and ongoing communication across all teams – communication is key here
What we’re looking for
- Medior-level IT Project Manager
- Ideally with experience in retail or e-commerce projects
- Excellent communication skills (Czech & English B2/C1+)
- Resilience under pressure, ability to stay focused in dynamic settings
- Strong time management, task prioritization, and proactive attitude
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft 365
- Flexible working hours + 2 official home office days per week (flexible if needed)
