Project Manager - launch of an Automated Baked goods line in Berlin (hybrid)

We are currently offering a unique opportunity to join a leading Czech integrator of IT and Logistics solutions for a project of launching an Automated Baked goods production line in Berlin. Suitable candidates will have proven track record delivering excellence in Project Management and an experience with similar projects i.e. Automated production line implementation, Automated Warehouse Management system implementation etc. and will be able to travel to Berlin occasionally.

As the Project Manager you will

• Be responsible for overseeing the construction and implementation of a state-of-the-art automated bakery production line within a Berlin warehouse site. 
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and logistics experts, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee the development of project documentation, including project timelines, budgets, LOP (List of Open Points), and controlling reports.
• Ensure transparent communication and documentation for stakeholders, making project status accessible even to non-specialists.
• Address critical project issues such as construction permits and regulatory compliance, in collaboration with Senior PM leadership.
• Conduct regular check-ins with Senior PM leadership to maintain project alignment and address any emerging challenges.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record in Project Management, particularly in implementing automated production lines or warehouse management systems.
• Independent & Detail-Oriented: Ability to drive projects autonomously, with minimal technical support, and ensure precision in every aspect of the project.
• Strong Leadership: Capable of aligning and managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Fluency in Czech and English: Essential for communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to Berlin as required (expected 2 days every 1-2weeks and during critical stages of project)
• German Language Skills: A significant advantage for project-related tasks and enhancing well-being within the team.
