Salesforce Business Analyst (SFDC)

Our client is a well-known American healthcare company producing artificial heart valves used in cardiovascular therapy. The company partners with clinicians to develop innovative technologies in the areas of structural heart disease and critical care monitoring that enable them to save and enhance lives.

On behalf of their Salesforce team, we are looking for a business analyst. Our client wants to focus on the individual business processes related to sales and marketing and improve the way they work with SFDC.

Your task will be to facilitate the ideas of the individual business units for the SFDC team, performing business analysis or writing functional specifications … This is an exquisite opportunity to work on a freelance contract for a tight-knitted professional SFDC team within a global corporation that has managed to build very strong rapport with internal sales across their global branches. What will you do

• You will take part in various SFDC improvement projects, customizations and analyses for both Salesforce functions and mobile applications. 
• Deliver functional portion of Salesforce implementation: business analysis and ensuring the applications fully support the business needs.
• You will engage with a variety of business stakeholders from sales including leaders of business units. Your solutions will be deployed mostly in the EMEA region.
• Optimization of business processes in SFDC system.
• Configure and test to execute features, integration and reporting in SFDC.
• Translate the needs of business and articulate the functional requirements and design to meet requirements.
• Identify root causes and provide guidance to IT including perform complex root cause analysis and troubleshoot business processes including data integrity/accuracy in SFDC.
• Serve as liaison between IT team and stakeholders in the area of responsibility.

Requirements

• Experience in similar position - Business/IT Analysis 

• Experience in data analysis is advantageous

• Technical background (Salesforce knowledge) - experience in SFDC administration position

• Experience with international environment - advanced command of English

• Good negotiation and analytical skills

• Leadership exposure

• SFDC certification is advantageous
