Senior Project Manager - Banking & Finance (Freelance)

 The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Banking industry and poses expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This is a freelance position based in Prague, requiring close cross-border collaboration with teams from within the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the rollout of the Loyalty program solution, expanding from an internal deployment to customer-facing applications.
• Coordinate international, distributed teams ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to align project objectives with business goals and stakeholder requirements.
• Manage both business and IT aspects of the project, ensuring all components work together effectively.
• Facilitate communication between a 15+ member team, including analysts, developers, and testers, as well as external suppliers.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Kanban, and MS Project for project tracking and management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering Customer oriented projects and understanding Customer Engagement strategies particularly in the Banking and Finance sector.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud integration.
• Strong analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong English language skills (C1+)
