Job description

  • Identify and correct problems while maintaining normal service and minimizing impact to the business
  • Increase customer confidence and a company's credibility, while also improving work processes and efficiency
  • Implement of tools, systems, or processes to identify, document, and resolve project change requests
  • Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders


  • Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager
  • Background from TV and online media is a huge plus
  • Strong communication skills, great mediator and coordinator
  • Outstanding communication skills in English and Czech
