Project Manager (ERP / Integrations / P2P) | Part-time (~25%) | Fully Remote
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a transformation initiative to improve data quality and compliance in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
The project aims to design and implement a solution to detect and manage discrepancies between purchase orders and supplier confirmations before data enters the ERP system. The solution will operate across multiple input channels (EDI, web portals, PDF processing, email) and ensure that only validated and approved data is processed further.
This role sits at the intersection of business and IT – combining process design, integration understanding, and project leadership. The solution concept and initial analysis have already been defined. The role focuses on structuring, driving, and delivering the implementation phase.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Leading end-to-end delivery of a cross-functional P2P transformation initiative
- Refining and structuring existing business requirements and workflows for deviation handling
- Refining and implementing a logical “deviation management” process (approval flows, decision matrix, ownership)
- Coordinating stakeholders across business (procurement, supply chain) and IT teams
- Ensuring alignment between business logic and technical solution design
- Overseeing integration across multiple data channels (EDI, web EDI, PDF parsing tools, email inputs)
- Driving implementation progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Driving implementation based on an existing concept
- Translating a pre-defined solution into executable steps
- Ensuring the adoption of defined workflows across systems and teams
- Ensuring compliance requirements are met and reflected in the solution
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in complex IT/business environments
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (ideally M3, but SAP / Oracle / similar are acceptable)
- Experience with integration topics (EDI, APIs, system-to-system communication)
- Ability to take over an existing concept and drive delivery
- Experience with implementation/rollout phases
- Hands-on experience with process design/workflow definition
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation
- Experience working with cross-functional and international stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or procurement processes
- Fluent English
Nice to Have
- Experience with compliance-driven projects or audit-related initiatives
- Familiarity with approval workflows/decision matrix design
- Background in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations environments
