With the Customized Automation team from the Czech branch of Siemens, we established 3 fundamental goals for our agile coaching – to improve planning, refine estimations, and foster a sense of project and task ownership throughout the entire team. During our close collaboration, we clarified the motives behind the set goals and together found ways to work more effectively within the environment of Siemens methodology and established procedures, not only by using agile approaches.
