Our Recipe
Every project has a plan; for those managed by traditional methods, we focus on making it clear in advance what the outputs should look like, when each milestone is, what our budget is, and what the main risks are. For agile projects, it is a shared and prioritized backlog and planned sprints. We continuously communicate progress and obstacles so that key "stakeholders" know the status of the project and when to expect outputs.
A project is a temporary organization for which we must set rules, regular rituals, and communication. We come with a vision of how to manage project activities so that the team spends as much time as possible creating value and avoids unnecessary meetings and confusion.
Change projects are complex and it is important that key stakeholders pull together and communicate the same message internally. We will help you find a common path and align the interests of the individual parties.
The environment of every company is specific, and it is therefore important that the management method corresponds to the corporate culture, values, and management style, becoming an organic part of the company. With each customer, we have a different authority, use slightly different communication, and have different responsibilities.
Standards and Methodologies
Our team has training and certifications in PMI and PRINCE2 methods in combination with agile methods such as Scrum or PRINCE2 Agile. We use standards sensibly so that we pick the best from them and do not turn project management into a bureaucratic burden.
