Do You Want to Kickstart AI Energy in Your Company? AI Hackathon is an intensive team workshop where participants try working with artificial intelligence on a real project. In smaller teams, they search for ideas, create prototypes and compete for the best solution.

The result is a wave of motivation, the first functional prototypes and a group of people who have the desire to develop AI further.

Who Is the Workshop Designed For

Prerequisites

  • Basic awareness of working with AI (deep knowledge is not required).
  • Access to AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.).
  • A laptop or device for team work.
  • Openness to experimentation and collaboration.

Detailed Training Description

  1. Introductory inspiration and assignment of the challenge.
  2. Teamwork — brainstorming, testing tools, creating prototypes.
  3. Mentoring and consultation from the instructor team.
  4. Presentation of the results of individual teams.
  5. Evaluation and joint discussion on benefits and limits.

The Course Will Be Led By:

Veronika Pavlíková

Verča has been active in IT, team leadership and project management since 2012. She helps companies scale teams, manage project portfolios and set up processes and tools that make sense — for people, business and customers. She has years of close cooperation with customers behind her and never loses sight of the fact that real value is created precisely with customers.

In recent years, she has been intensively dedicated to the use of artificial intelligence in project and team management — from automation to smart planning. She trains managers, teams and individuals on how to integrate AI into everyday practice with an emphasis on immediate applicability and real added value.

Since 2023, she has been part of the Projectman CONSULTING team. Veronika also acts as a lecturer and mentor in the PMI Mentoring program, participates in education within the PMI4Life initiative and lectures on the use of AI and team collaboration in a corporate environment. She is an active member of the OKR Mastermind community, which is dedicated to the exchange of know-how and best practices in the area of strategy, goals and team alignment.
