This meetup is our traditional autumn event, where we connecting PMO heads across various industries—from e-commerce to technology. We have found that even when companies offer different products and services, their project management offices often face identical hurdles.
Instead of theoretical textbook rules, we rely on a practical perspective from practitioners who have already navigated the key pitfalls and are willing to share their real-world experience. Being a PMO Lead often feels like the thankless job of a "watchdog" over templates and reports that top management only pays attention to when deadlines are on fire. At this meetup, we are going to change that. Our speakers will share their stories and insights on how to elevate the PMO from mere process oversight to driving real corporate strategy execution—without waiting for an official mandate from the C-suite. Our hope and goal is for you to walk away with a sense of relief, fresh ideas, and the energy to build influence without formal authority.
Who will speak:

- Concrete templates and metrics: Every speaker is tasked with sharing 1 to 2 practical tools or communication hacks that you can implement at work first thing on Monday.
