Jan is the Head of Consulting at Projectman, helping companies succeed during periods of digital and agile transformation. He focuses on PMO strategies, hybrid project models, portfolio management, and the development of project processes. He has over 15 years of experience in project, consulting, and management roles, primarily in IT and product management.
