UX (User Experience)

refers to the impression of using a product: a website, e-shop, mobile application or service. In an ideal case, the experience should be so pleasant that you return to the service or even recommend it further.

UX Consultant

sets the basic direction of a future digital service or product. This is a senior role, specializing mainly in the initial stages of the UX process. Knowledge of the business and specific industry (e.g. finance or banking) or specialization in an area (e-Commerce, CRO, service design, workshops,...) is key. In addition to their experience, they also bring a strategic view of product design and improvement to projects.

UX Researcher

is a specialist who ensures research in the initial stages and further testing of designs. Gathers information about users and analyzes it in a qualitative and quantitative way. Their outputs serve the UX designer as a necessary basis for a quality design, or are used to identify "pain points" and subsequently improve the product or service.

There are many other roles or naming variations of the same. It is possible to find roles such as service designer, product designer, content strategist, UX/UI developer and various ways of involving these roles. We can also find experience from these roles in our community.
