Data Governance Expert/Analyst

Job Summary and Responsibilities

data analysis (especially in relation to Salesforce data)
develop, plan and lead the continuous development of the operational data management practice
dead the optimization of centralized MDM process for Customer master data, HCP master data and Vendor (indirect sourcing) masterdata for the region in partnership with business data stewards
dead the implementation and enhancement of regional DQ rules while focusing on data quality improvement
develop automated solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams (e.g., Robotics Process Automation)
dead the definition and enhancement of business KPIs
act as the regional technical lead for the global implementation and maintenance of the MDM/DQ tool and Data Catalog
provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to the data stewards on daily activities and initiatives
provide data management insights into regional business needs and challenges to key stakeholders across Business Units and Functions

bachelors/masters degree in related field
couple of years of experience on similar position
proven expertise in MS Office Suite
advanced Excel and SQL
knowledge of a Tableau SW or Snowflake data platform is an advantage
documentation and communication skills and interpersonalrelationship skills including negotiating and relationship managementskills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
fluent English
