Key responsibilities

  • Oversee project lifecycle, from initiation through to transition into operations, within scope and budget.
  • Lead cross-organizational teams and manage collaborations with stakeholders from the mother company and third parties.
  • Develop project strategies, roadmaps, and plans for application implementation and data migration.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company governance.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Basic leadership skills and demonstrated ability to motivate a global, intra-discipline project team

  • Effectively uses project management tools to facilitate decision making and enhance communication, and has a proactive approach to project delivery

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work with vendors

Qualifications

  • University Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a project delivery role accountable for outcomes
  • Formal training in project management methodologies
  • Professional certification strongly preferred (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master)
  • Experience with use of agile and adaptive project management approaches
  • Basic skills in the use of project execution software (e.g., Jira, Planner, Planview, etc.)
  • Experience leading project teams of technical, scientific and business associates desirable
  • Experience implementing IT solutions, platforms and infrastructure
