Agile Delivery Lead

Our Client, a prominent technology and mobility company, is currently seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to serve as the operational bridge between Product Management and Engineering.

The mission is to ensure cross-organizational initiatives are delivered on schedule, coordinate delivery across 13 engineering teams, and hold teams accountable to the Product Operating Model.

What you will do

• Own the delivery rhythm for cross-organizational initiatives, tracking progress sprint by sprint and surfacing risks.
• Monitor initiative health across 13 engineering teams (approx. 8 members each), tracking inter-team dependencies and open blockers.
• Facilitate quarterly planning, sprint reviews, and cross-team refinements, keeping ceremonies focused and time-bounded.
• Drive Tech Leads to produce high-level solution designs and effort estimates in time for quarterly planning sessions.
• Ensure Product Management defines and delivers well-scoped requirements ahead of sprint planning.
• Identify recurring coordination failures and drive systemic improvements to fix the root causes.

What we expect

• Strong track record in program or project management within an agile environment.
• Background in software engineering or development, with a solid understanding of the friction points between engineering and product domains.
• Proactive and "driving" personality; ability to independently propose solutions and visions rather than just reporting problems.
• Comfortable working without direct authority and capable of surfacing difficult truths to both engineers and product managers.
• Ability to read and constructively challenge engineering estimates and high-level solution designs.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence for tracking epics, initiatives, and sprint-level delivery.
• Fluent English is required for all documentation and cross-team communication. Czech language is not a must.
• The candidate must be localized in the Czech Republic.
