IT Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 | European Rollouts
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a large-scale international transformation programme focused on the rollout of a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM solution across multiple European companies.
Your role will be to ensure that the global solution is implemented successfully, local requirements and integrations are properly managed, and delivery continues to move forward.
What you will be responsible for
- Managing selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM rollouts across European entities
- Driving projects from planning through implementation, testing, go-live and hypercare
- Coordinating local Project Managers, implementation partners, business stakeholders and the central team
- Ensuring local implementations remain aligned with the global solution and programme standards
- Managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues and escalations
- Coordinating local integrations with other enterprise systems, such as HR, accounting or other business applications
- Driving delivery and proactively removing obstacles across project workstreams
- Providing clear project status and reporting to the Program Manager and Steering Committee
- Working in an Agile / hybrid delivery environment using Azure DevOps
- Depending on your experience, contributing to governance, requirements management, and continuous improvement of delivery processes
What we are looking for
- Proven experience managing ERP and/or CRM implementation or rollout projects
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including requirements, development, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across business, IT and external vendors
- Strong ownership and a delivery-oriented mindset – you are comfortable actively driving projects forward rather than simply tracking progress
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder, vendor and communication skills
- Fluent English for daily communication in an international environment
- Willingness to travel within Europe approximately 1–3 times per month, depending on the project phase
Nice to have
- Hands-on project experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM
- Experience managing software development or application delivery
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Requirements management and/or project governance experience
- Multi-country or multi-entity ERP/CRM rollout experience
- Experience coordinating integrations between ERP/CRM and local enterprise systems
- German language skills
