AI Product Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Take ownership of developing and delivering internal AI solutions — with the first priority being a chatbot connected to internal company databases.
• Collaborate with external vendors on advanced AI solutions and gradually take over delivery responsibilities.
• Oversee AI solution design, data integration, and deployment in Azure cloud environment.
• Contribute to the establishment of governance, security, and compliance frameworks for AI use.
• Support internal literacy and adoption efforts — including knowledge-sharing, webinars, etc.
• Cooperate with BI and Data Science teams on predictive modeling and analytics.
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering AI/ML solutions (e.g., chatbots, recommendation systems, automation).
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services and Python programming.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, automation, and API integration.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Czech or Slovak language at native speaker level, and English at least B2 level.
   

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with multi-agent AI frameworks and modular platforms.
• Background in FMCG, customer service, or HR use cases.
• Experience in a product ownership/leadership role in tech or innovation.
