Project Scope
- Implementation of a Customer Care management SaaS platform (0.5–0.6 FTE capacity)
- Additional smaller projects up to full 1.0 FTE capacity
- Project already in progress – structured and tightly scheduled
- Transition from Waterfall (until May) to Agile delivery model
- Final phase includes end-to-end testing & go-live support (remote)
- The delivery team consists of senior consultants and architects across Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic.
Your Responsibilities
- End-to-end project ownership (timeline, scope, budget, risk management)
- Coordination of international delivery team (5+ consultants & architect)
- Communication with German-speaking stakeholders and customer-side teams
- Orchestration in JIRA (internal delivery tool)
- Collaboration with customer using ServiceNow
- Managing transition from Waterfall to Agile setup
- Ensuring structured execution in a tightly scheduled environment
- Managing integrations and alignment with customer systems
- Stakeholder & expectation management in a multi-country setup
Required Profile
- 6–7+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong experience on the vendor/delivery side (ideal background)
- Proven experience with SaaS implementation projects
- Experience in WF + Agile environments
- Strong stakeholder & communication skills
- Experience with:
- JIRA (must-have)
- ServiceNow (practical understanding required)
- German language: C1 mandatory
- English: communicative level (international environment)
- Czech language: not required
- Able to start ASAP
