Location: Prague, hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote)
Contract: Freelance / 1 FTE (until 31.12.2026, possible extension)
Start: ideally till November 2025
The position is with a strong emphasis on ownership, accountability, and value delivery. You will play a key role in keeping projects on track and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the RFP process (drafting RFP, vendor shortlisting, evaluation matrix, facilitation of decision-making).
- Support the transition to the implementation phase (vendor governance, testing, integrations, and possible Workbench linkage).
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT, and Security, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare and structure materials for leadership meetings (steerco/obsteerco) in cooperation with stream leads.
- Actively coordinate testing activities (mini UAT, integration, backend/frontend/data).
- Support with administrative tasks (invoicing, financial updates, reporting).
- Ensure smooth onboarding of processes and governance, balancing strategic and operational perspectives.
- Take responsibility for knowledge handover and documentation (handover pack, SharePoint structure).
What we expect
- 5+ years in project management of IT system implementations/integrations.
Hands-on experience with RFP processes and vendor governance.
Ability to manage deadlines and enforce accountability. - Comfort moving between strategic leadership and detailed operational work.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Fluent English (B2+/C1) – daily working language; Czech is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud and SaaS integration (advantage).
- Resilient personality: adaptable to frequent changes without stress or conflict.
- Confidence to propose structure, challenge, and communicate outside formal meetings.
