What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the full recruitment process for our clients, mainly in Project Management, Business Analysis, UX Design, and other niche roles.
- Expanding your professional network and learning more about these industries and roles.
- Crafting sourcing strategies and using a variety of recruitment tools and techniques.
- Working closely with our Account Managers on client proposals and offers.
- Building strong relationships with our community, contractors, and clients.
- Bringing fresh ideas to improve processes and make things even better.
What you need:
- Experience or a solid understanding of recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Energy, perseverance, and a bit of entrepreneurial flair.
- A desire to learn more about Project Management, Business Analysis, or Agile methodology so you can speak the same language as candidates and clients.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Fluent Czech and English, and the ability to create engaging candidate presentations (if you enjoy copywriting, you’ll love this part!).
- Motivation to grow your network and turn it into a rewarding opportunity.
