Your Responsibilities
- Support at least 2 Scrum teams (potentially 3 depending on capacity)
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Ensure clarity of sprint commitments and delivery pipeline
- Defend team priorities and manage sprint interruptions (e.g., production incidents)
- Coordinate IT-side delivery (not business ownership)
- Provide structured reporting on delivery status and roadmap
- Work closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads and Architects
- Operate within an established global Agile framework (supported by an internal Agile Coach)
- You will work in a complex integrated ecosystem including: Salesforce (strong advantage), Angular, Azure, Informatica ERP systems, Mobile/iOS integrations
Ideal Profile
- Flexible and adaptable to corporate Agile constraints
- Pragmatic and improvement-oriented – able to evolve existing ways of working without unnecessary disruption.
- Strong in stakeholder communication
- Comfortable enforcing priorities when needed
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Fluent English (C1-C2)
- Czech not required
- Able to work onsite in Prague at least 3 days per week
- Experience in multi-system or enterprise environments is highly valued.
We are open to mid-level profiles with solid fundamentals, as well as experienced Scrum Masters who can adapt without trying to redesign existing processes.
