The organization is building future-proof IT service management processes, and you will help shape how IT services and processes are deployed in ServiceNow and adopted across the group.
What will you do:
- Join a rollout stream focused on ITSM or ITAM streams within the ServiceNow platform.
- Be part of a transformation program running across over a hundred companies, interacting with 3–4 streams.
- Be responsible for planning and contributing to executing deployments into selected entities and aligning with other PMs across multiple rollout streams.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in agreed scope and quality.
- Build and maintain rollout plans for individual initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate internal teams and vendor partners (several delivery partners, 50–100 stakeholders).
- Monitor agile Visual Task Boards within the ServiceNow Agile module.
- Participate in projects & initiatives planning and governance.
- Track risks, dependencies, and decisions – and escalate where needed.
- Act as the go-to person, ensuring momentum and accountability in delivery.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of senior-level IT Project Management experience.
- Comfortable in a fast-changing, less-structured environment.
- Experience with ServiceNow in IT Service management, IT configuration, and IT asset management.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, ITIL, and enterprise environments.
- Strong ownership and delivery mindset – you drive outcomes, not just tasks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management (board-level exposure a plus).
- Assertiveness, reliability, and a hands-on approach.
- Fluent English
- Previous experience with ServiceNow rollouts.
