Key Responsibilities
- Define project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities
- Align project goals with the bank’s strategic roadmap (2030+)
- Manage stakeholders across the local organization and the international group
- Plan and manage internal and external resources (capacity & allocation)
- Ensure compliance with internal project methodology and Agile principles
- Prepare and manage project budget, monitor costs, and financial performance
- Create and maintain a detailed project plan with quarterly milestones
- Lead end-to-end project delivery according to the agreed roadmap
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting at multiple levels
- Manage changes in scope, timeline and budget
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks
- Own stakeholder communication and expectation management
- Coordinate the full SDLC lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with release management processes
- Deliver individual phases and products within new product and process rollout
- Manage vendor selection and procurement processes (RFI / RFP)
- Drive a solution-oriented, collaborative and proactive delivery culture
- Acting as a partner, not just a delivery manager

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in managing complex integration and transformation projects
- Proven experience in enterprise / banking or financial services environment (advantage)
- Strong background in Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe)
- Ability to translate business requirements into delivery plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Experience working with senior management and board-level stakeholders
- Strong English proficiency (C1) – daily communication with international stakeholders and vendors
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and architectures
- Knowledge of REST API, Kafka (high-level understanding sufficient)
- Experience with new product, service or technology implementation
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments
- Strong delivery, ownership and problem-solving mindset

Seniority: Senior / Master level
Guaranteed scope: 60 MDs → with potential extension for 2–3 years based on performance
Work model: Hybrid – approx. 60% onsite Bratislava / 40% remote (to be agreed)
